Responsibilities

Hit Quarterly Revenue & MER Objectives
Set & remain within the marketing budget
Mentor Marketing Department Heads
Report on Progress in Activities under management
Report on Progress on Personal Initiatives
Recruit Channel owners
Bring innovation in the marketing department
Drive personal marketing initiatives
Mentor channel owners and media buyers to hit their own marketing initiatives
Identify the need for higher standards and lead / influence the change
Communicate the marketing vision to the department heads
Attend quarterly off-sites
Foster an aggressively ambitious and high-standard culture
Create a quarterly staffing plan
Meet deadlines
Perform customer, marketing & industry Research

Required

Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in DTC subscriptions.
Strong understanding of influencer and direct response paid media.
Experience in launching new products and scaling marketing channels.
Ability to build and manage a marketing team effectively.
Experience in coordinating Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and media buying.
Proven track record of improving customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Strong analytical skills to identify product-channel fit and market opportunities.
Experience in mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
Ability to create and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy.
Experience in managing budgets and achieving revenue objectives.

Preferred

Experience in the beauty and skincare industry.
Familiarity with TikTok as an acquisition channel.
Experience in retail marketing, particularly with brands like Sephora, Ulta, and CVS.
Knowledge of SEO strategies specific to health and beauty.
Experience in running experiments with Direct TV Ads.
