Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, targeting USD-based investors to secure capital commitments.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential USD LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for USD LPs, providing regular updates on fund performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives in both Chinese and English.
Leverage and expand a robust network of USD LP contacts, bringing new investors into the fund and strengthening relationships with existing LPs.

Required
Solid experience in investor relations or fundraising, with a successful track record in USD fund capital raising.
Established relationships with USD LPs, with a proven ability to attract and engage high-quality investors.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages due to the need to communicate both with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
