Responsibilities
Editing long/form video
Managing various youtube channels
Understanding, interpreting and acting upon various data analytics
Analyzing social media data, providing insight, and creating strategies for future growth
Creative direction 🌈🦄✨
Ideating, conceptualizing, strategizing, implementing and staying up to date on current video editing/social media marketing strategies/trends
Researching music industry related workshops, meetups, and opportunities
Responding to questions, comments, and DMs from members
Moderating the livestreams, comment sections, and community hubs making sure everyone is staying on topic and respectful ☀️
Researching ways to make our various media channels more efficient and organized for our community
Strategizing and executing upon marketing/media campaigns
Anything else that might come up :)
Researching music industry related workshops, meet ups, and opportunities and putting them in the discord
Responding to questions, comments, and DMs from members
Moderating the community to make sure everyone is staying on topic and respectful in the respective channels
Vetting opportunities posted by us and others to make sure they are legitimate
Analyzing social media data, providing insight, and creating strategies for future growth
Updating spreadsheet with information regarding opportunities/events posted in discord
Researching ways to make our discord more efficient and organized for our community
Strategizing and executing marketing campaigns
Anything else that might come up :)
Researching and discovering new music
Researching and discovering songwriters on various social media platforms
Creating playlists
Organizing music libraries
Organizing cue points within DJ Softwares
Communicating with artists/DJ Clients
Downloading and organizing music
Maintaining spreadsheet organization
Researching and communicating various contacts that could be viable for collaboration

skilled in gen z style video editing + serving CVNT + copywriting/caption/bio creation for various media platforms
confident editing vlog style and podcast style clips and longform video
great at understanding, interpreting and acting upon data analytics
skilled in public relations/communication
great at video editing, copywriting, storytelling and acclimating to brand voice
familiar with various video editing softwares such as: iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.
confident managing a Youtube channel
