Responsibilities

Be a customer-facing executive, that will help guide customers on the strategic capability development and use of AI, Data Trust and Data Management generally.
Lead executive interactions with current and new enterprise customers, hold customer events, and strategy workshops.
Present at internal and external conferences.
Develop marketing content and contribute to industry/vertical specific collateral.
Engage with customers to understand and articulate their strategic priorities, translating them into impactful use cases across Banking on a global scale.
Develop tailored demos and business cases, utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new clients.
Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and effectively communicate the value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives within Banking.
Lead business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for utilizing the platform.
Derive actionable improvement measures within core business functions and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Present the achieved results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
Manage the complete customer value journey, including initial engagement, expansion, adoption, and renewal phases.
Collaborate with customers to establish a strategic vision for utilizing complex data solutions to drive business transformation and deliver significant results.
Design and implement robust operating models to ensure sustainable success for customers.
Partner with customers to convert their strategic goals into detailed value assessments or proof-of-value projects around ‘Data’.
Craft bespoke business cases and demonstrations to highlight the transformative potential of the platform.
Engage with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver value-centric outcomes and secure long-term partnership agreements.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value through use of the solutions.
Work in close collaboration with a high performing Sales Teams and partners to drive measurable business impact across diverse processes and industries.
Accelerate platform adoption, ensuring clients achieve meaningful and measurable business enhancements.

Required

Expertise in the Banking/Financial Services industry
Experience as a Chief Data Officer or Head of Data Governance
Strong consulting skill set and analytical prowess
Ability to engage with customers to understand and articulate their strategic priorities
Experience in leading executive interactions with enterprise customers
Ability to present at internal and external conferences
Experience in developing marketing content and contributing to industry-specific collateral
Ability to develop tailored demos and business cases
