Responsibilities
Provide services under the direction of the Privacy COE Leader, handling complex matters related to privacy and compliance
Perform periodic assessments to measure risk and compliance levels throughout the organization
Manage and implement small-scale projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Monitor and audit Electronic Health Record (EHR) access, investigating inappropriate access findings
Research and compile information to support operational projects, providing detailed summaries and recommendations

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of four (4) years of healthcare experience, including Integrity and Audit Services
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft 365 and EMR technology
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically EPIC
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations related to healthcare compliance
Preferred
Knowledge of the employer's operations and IT applications
Compliance, Audit, and/or Privacy Certification
