Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive training and educational opportunities across various revenue cycle systems and functions
Coordinate and lead training activities for Patient Access Services (PAS) and Patient Financial Services (PFS)
Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and e-learning modules tailored to local needs
Implement and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
Gather data and prepare reports to evaluate training outcomes and performance

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of Revenue Cycle experience
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions including Registration, Benefit Advocacy, and Billing
Experience with Health Information Systems and Revenue Cycle applications such as Epic and NextGen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Certification in adult education
Experience in delivering workforce educational training programs
Familiarity with multiple Health Information Systems and Revenue Cycle applications
Strong adaptability skills for deploying training across various environments
Experience in developing specialized training support tools
