Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and other SAP technologies.

Develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) based on detailed business requirements.

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Provide timely technical support for SAP systems within the AMS framework, ensuring effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues within SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) and develop sustainable solutions.

Ensure all incidents are resolved in alignment with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of different SAP modules and systems.

Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimize existing SAP processes to enhance performance.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring that these are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies (e.g., S/4HANA) and apply new techniques or tools to drive innovation.

Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, development processes, and test cases.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Maintain version control for all code changes and ensure that proper documentation is available for all developments.

Engage with business users to understand their needs, offering technical insights and solutions that support business goals.

Communicate effectively with project managers, functional consultants, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Actively participate in client meetings to discuss support issues, new requirements, or ongoing development work.
