Responsibilities
Record and classify day-to-day financial transactions for Imprinted Holdings and its six subsidiaries.
Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Manage inter-company accounting processes, tracking transactions between subsidiaries.
Classify all financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and send invoices to clients and subsidiaries as needed.
Support the Controller in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records for all entities.
Collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in organizations with multiple entities or subsidiaries.
Expert-level proficiency in Xero accounting software.
Strong understanding of American accounting practices and regulations.
Experience with inter-company accounting and processes.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
Familiarity with financial reporting and tax preparation.
