Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring our company continues to attract and retain top talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Manage employee relations, handling questions, concerns, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and leave, to ensure our benefits remain competitive.
Nurture a positive working environment and champion our company culture across all teams.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Required

Proven working experience as Fractional HR Director or similar role in a growing company.
Experience in developing and managing a human resources department.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
