Responsibilities
Support stakeholder and community engagement planning and execution
Assist in the research of marketing initiatives/outcomes of infrastructure programs and initiatives to use for social media and digital campaigns.
Assist in the news articles pertaining to Energy, Economic Development, Transportation, and the Environment.
Write summaries of relevant news articles as contributions to weekly newsletter in the following areas: Energy, Economic Development, Transportation, and the Environment.
Conduct market research for client campaigns and RFPs.
Help in the management of important databases such as KPI project trackers, social editorial calendars, and outreach contacts.
Participate in the production of meeting materials such as talking points for stakeholder outreach meetings, meeting notes and presentation PowerPoints.
Help with other projects, assignments and tasks as assigned by Arch Street staff.
Participate in ASC facilitated client events.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to cooperate and effectively communicate with staff and other interns.
Ability to ask appropriate questions to gather information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficiency with other web tools such as Google Drive.
Proficiency / Experience with a remote work setting
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams and other web-based collaboration tools
Strong online communication skills
Self-starter who can work on a team
Strong interest in current events centered around Environment, Transportation and Energy.
Availability for 18-24 hours (depending on whether the applicant is enrolled that semester) per week is required for up to 12 weeks.
