Responsibilities
Drafting or editing of policies, procedures, and committee presentations
Compiling analysis for regulatory filings
Aiding with policy and procedure testing
Assisting the SIM CCO in demonstrating that compliance controls are functioning as designed
Aggregating data needed for legal analysis
Preparing presentations for Management
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required
Current students enrolled in college courses or law school – undergraduate students must be of junior or senior status
Relevant majors include Business, Pre-Law, or Finance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong technical/ computer skills – experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
Demonstrated success in team environment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States with a Social Security number at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company.
