Responsibilities

Conduct competitor research to identify trends, strategies, and opportunities in retention marketing.

Stay updated on the latest industry and non-industry trends related to retention marketing, providing actionable insights.

Generate and implement weekly creative ideas to enhance retention campaigns and initiatives.

Assist in organizing and managing creative assets to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.

Explore marketing automation strategies to optimize retention efforts and improve customer engagement.

Research and discover untapped retention channels to drive growth and customer loyalty.

Research & assist in executing best UX practices for ecommerce and help support product initiatives on our website across multiple funnels.

Assist with in-depth QA before new initiatives are rolled out.

Required

A current junior or senior at a reputable college or university.
