Responsibilities

Investigating and integrating new third-party data sources to derive meaningful correlations to business objectives.

Interacting with the data science and actuarial teams, with additional exposure to underwriting and claims decision-makers.

Gaining hands-on experience with ETL and data warehousing systems, exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques, and translating numerical results into actionable business-oriented decisions.

Learning strategies related to organizational communication about analysis outcomes.

Assisting with real world, challenging projects that add value to the organization.

Learning about the industry, business, and operations through both formal presentations and informal, on the job training.

Building relationships and networking with experts, leaders, and industry veterans willing to mentor, share knowledge, and offer career advice.

Gaining valuable, foundational experiences that will both prepare for profession and help inform future career decisions.

Required

Degree program in Social Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.

Students must be actively enrolled and on schedule to graduate during the spring semester of 2026.

Cumulative GPA must be 3.0 or higher.

Permanent work authorization for any employer in the US is required.
