Responsibilities

Programs and operates CNC mills, lathes, Water Jets, and other Tool Room machinery

Develops and implements programs in Mastercam

Constructs, alters, and repairs a wide variety of machine parts and gauges to very close tolerances

Performs difficult tool room operations including: skilled fittings and adjustments

Diagnoses and corrects problems in simple tools & machines

Repairs pneumatic and hydraulic circuits

Troubleshoots machine electrical systems

Participates in cross-departmental work production based on business needs

Learns and upholds defined quality standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiency
