Responsibilities

Monitor and verify the process controls established in all production areas

Conduct routine verification activities on the evaluation of all finished product

Participate and conduct and document grills (Sensory evaluations) on the finished product

Evaluate the consistency of the process for opportunities to improve the process

Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with production management

Actively participate in the process to gain a better understanding of the impact each step has on the quality of the finished product

Execute/implement process control programs

Provide input and feedback to improve product quality

Enter data into Excel spreadsheets or CAT2
