Responsibilities
Create accurate and detailed 3D models for various architectural projects using software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit
Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling models
Prepare renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Maintain model organization and documentation for ease of collaboration among team members
Conduct quality control of models and visualizations to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards
Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve modeling techniques

Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
1+ years of experience in 3D modeling, preferably in an architectural setting
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds Max
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to read technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling work is required
