Responsibilities
Demonstrate and promote Thermo Fisher's 4I Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility.
Follow all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe & efficient manner.
Lead daily safety, quality, and delivery goals for assigned jobs.
Perform in-room task assignments and training for all packaging jobs.
Perform manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products while ensuring adherence to specifications and the highest quality standards.
Perform and lead line clearance of production rooms and the start-up and closure of the production jobs.
Perform basic set-up of machinery used in production.
Acts as the primary performer of in-process and AQL inspections and other necessary tasks.
Perform and lead the start-up and closure of the production jobs.
Perform computer-related tasks to complete necessary duties related to packaging.
Participate as an active member of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives.
Other duties, including overtime, may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Cleanroom requirements: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc.
Cold Room/Freezers -22 degrees
Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Computer skills
Good time management
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Hand-eye coordination
Dexterity
Attention to detail
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands
Working mathematical skills
Interpretation of 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork
Physical requirements stated in the Essential Job Functions
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to reach above shoulder-level

Preferred
Line Clearance Certification
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Certification including PAPR, N-95, Safety Glasses
