Strong eCommerce / retail background, including exposure to CMS and content-driven digital platforms
Proven experience managing iOS mobile application projects end-to-end — from development to release
Solid technical / development foundation to engage effectively with engineering and product teams
Expertise in project and program delivery, client engagement, and account growth
Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and delivery governance
Experience driving productivity improvements and operational excellence in multi-vendor setups
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Exposure to cloud, digital modernization, or platform transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps environments
Experience in pre-sales and solutioning to support business growth
