Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex residential development projects from planning through construction

Prepare, review, and authorize project agreements including scope, schedules, fees, and subconsultant contracts

Monitor project financials and proactively navigate scope changes, scheduling shifts, and billing needs

Oversee and approve technical deliverables such as designs, construction plans, bid documents, and cost estimates

Mentor and coach project team members to support their professional development

Ensure adherence to company standards, QA/QC requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Foster strong collaboration and communication across departments to achieve project and organizational goals

Strengthen existing client relationships and support strategic business development efforts

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

Proven ability to mentor and develop emerging leaders and influence organizational culture

Strong reputation in the industry through civic, community, or professional engagement
