Responsibilities
Review project proposal or plan, determine time frame, funding limitations, and staffing requirements
Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, and scope of authority
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
Provide technical advice and resolve problems with project personnel
Coordinate project activities with Traylor personnel and joint venture partners
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project including safety, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management, and quality
Lead the project team
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Work with and be part of the estimating departments during project procurement phases
Assume additional responsibilities as directed by division and corporate management
