Responsibilities

Manage all contractor personnel assigned to the contract

Review program CDRL documents for consistency and compliance

Coordinate with subordinate PMs and lead IPT's

Evaluate budget expectations and work closely with COR on program issues

Prepare briefing packages for high-level leadership and meet with customers and contractors

Manage project scope, conduct cost management, and support organizational planning

Prioritize workload, complete projects on schedule and within budget

Handle multiple tasks independently and write technical documentation

Knowledge of various computer applications and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Required

Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive US Army Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload of subordinates to align with project requirements and company initiatives

Proven track record of completing projects on schedule, within budget parameters

Attention to details and able to handle multiple tasks independently

Knowledge of various computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast-paced environment

Ability to write technical/price proposals, statements of work, technical Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents and other project-related documentation

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline

Secret Security Clearance

Must be a US citizen
