Responsibilities

Lead and support stormwater projects focused on stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that support community development

Serve as a coach and mentor to junior staff, supporting their development and contributing to a strong, team-oriented culture

Guide technical execution, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

7+ years of Stormwater engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience

Professional Engineer License

Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Strong leadership and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting

Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships

Demonstrate personal investment in your career

Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking

Preferred

Proficient in modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar software
