Scheduling various types of appointments
Communicating with Veterinarians and staff
Checking in and patients
Checking out patients and taking payments over the phone
Providing basic pet information to clients
Taking down prescription information
Keeping accurate medical records
Confirming appointments
Calling clients for updates
Communicating pet questions to veterinarians
Creating new client and patient medical charts
Monitoring email and faxes
Approving online medical orders
