Responsibilities
Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns and solutions quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
Serve as a key leader to the project team, and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members
Understand the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
Review all project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts
Maintain a high degree of safety on the work across the jobsite
Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of experience in commercial project management
Earned degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Management Program certificate, or related field
Experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects ranging from $500K to $20M
Preferred
Extensive knowledge in construction management software
