Responsibilities

At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.

At least 4 years of purely development background with a great understanding of Java and Cloud Technology.

Experience in managing teams and headcount of more than 20+ direct and indirect reports.

Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience Delivering large, complex, and distributed projects.

Experience working with distributed teams and managing timelines.

Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.

Strong Client Management.

Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
