Responsibilities
Bring expertise in UX and visual design to evolve and uplevel the Neo4j website
Experiment and innovate visual design across web properties to enhance customer usability
Facilitate relationships across the organization to create innovative user experiences
Contribute to internal processes for clear briefs, resourcing, and design practices
Contribute to web design system and marketing strategies for website optimization
Evaluate and improve existing website journeys and site map
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience
Deep understanding of design principles, branding, and web accessibility standards including WCAG compliance
Strong portfolio demonstrating methodical thinking and beautiful web design work
Experience with mobile and responsive design
Excited to make a strong impact on the company's largest customer-facing marketing product
Solid understanding of the web's technical opportunities and limitations, including basic HTML and CSS (coding not required)
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC, design fundamentals, file management, and output
Link to a portfolio is required
Preferred
Interest in interaction and/or experiential design
Experience with UX research and CRO testing
Previous experience in the technology industry, B2B, and enjoys designing for developers and data scientists
Understanding of CSS and CSS frameworks and how they apply to page structure
