Ability to create a pleasant shopping environment
Knowledgeable about store products and policies
Experience operating point of sale register
Ability to accurately record transactions and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment
Ability to detect theft and other security risks
Ability to handle inventory such as merchandise and displays by moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders
Experience executing store opening and closing procedures
Ability to provide direction to Sales Associates
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated retail sales success
Minimum 6 months experience as key holder, opening and closing store
Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
