Responsibilities

Develop strategic vision for GPU products with a focus on large Enterprise AI/ML market segments.

Identify market trends and product advanced features to collaborate with the hardware team on the product roadmap.

Conduct in-depth research on customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams for product optimization.

Collaborate with relevant teams to promote products internally and externally.

Create positioning statements, marketing materials, and product specifications.

Deliver training materials to internal sales force and external stakeholders.

Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows.

Conduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystems with industry partners.

Resolve technical issues by coordinating resources and engaging with other engineering teams.

Provide third-level technical support and pre/post-sales assistance.
