Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and model compensation philosophies.

Navigate ambiguity and contribute to a product-centric engineering approach.

Required

5+ years of backend engineering experience using modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node/Express, MySQL), preferably at technology companies

Solid architectural vision: You have strong intuition around long-term system design and continuous improvements to performance and scaling

Strong product sense: You leverage your customer understanding and empathy to make the right tradeoffs for what should be MVP, and what should come next

Ability to adjust approach: You have a good sense for when you should cut corners to ship a new piece of functionality, and when you should take the time to invest in a sound architecture for the long-haul

Preferred

Nice to have: experience working at B2B SaaS tech companies, especially during hypergrowth
