Responsibilities
Develop and administer the capital plan for project initiatives based on business/operational needs.
Lead the development of capital projects, prepare justifications with cost benefit analysis, and prepare layout designs and equipment specifications.
Create and maintain project timelines, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate equipment installation, and support manufacturing process start-ups.
Develop work instructions, provide training on new equipment, and implement process improvement initiatives.
Handle complex issues, make decisions, and recommendations, and collaborate with team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Civil preferred
Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in a process manufacturing environment
Experience in the design, specification, acquisition, installation and start-up of new and improved industrial processes, equipment, buildings and support systems
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Highly organized in project scheduling, executing responsibilities and prioritizing in a multitask environment
Self-starter, able to work alone with limited supervision
Team player - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers. Ability to build collaborative relationships
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook, AutoCAD; Microsoft Projects

May be called to consult in other areas
Analytical / Problem-solving skills
Must be able to travel 25-50%

Must be able to climb stairs (including open mesh) with varying degrees of pitch to elevations up to 150 ft
