Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate individual / department.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Tracking and coordinating the shop drawing process
Organize, coordinate, and assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Office Director
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for project teams.
Engage in proactive client research to optimize connections with current and potential clients.
Actively track and report on business development opportunities
Liaison with consultants, clients, printers, and suppliers
Assist with additional Marketing projects as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
1-3 years of administrative/professional office experience
Superior client focus/service mentality
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Creativity, integrity, and initiative
Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to details, including proofreading
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
Experience with multi-line phone system experience
Previous A/E/C industry experience
Preferred
Previous experience in marketing environment desirable
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
