Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for several different types of accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within entire client organization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Drive incremental sales growth through upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams, this includes all divisions to deliver on client expectations
Track and report on account performance and progress
Identify and resolve account issues and challenges
Ensure seasonal plans meet business objectives & analyze business with planning team to maximize sales growth opportunities

Required
2-3 years of experience in account management or business development
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple accounts
Tenacious, resilient, persuasive, and can take initiative. Display a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Self-motivator, quick study, works hard independently, does not need constant direction; takes action and runs business.
Strong oral and written communication skills, follow-up/organization skills, problem solving, analysis, and presentation skills are paramount to success in this position
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly excel & powerpoint)
Must live in Austin, Texas
