Responsibilities
Participate in and support development of goals and objectives.
Coordinate training opportunities for staff.
Provide quality control and quality assurance on Survey deliverables.
Assume legal responsibility for work.
Work with Survey Group Managers to achieve department goals.
Generate new business leads.
Assist with CAD mapping as needed (AutoCAD and MicroStation).
Participate in professional and civic organizations.
Analyze activities, costs, operations and forecast date toward goal attainment.
Enforce company policies with respect to safety, protocol, and procedures.
Assist in the development of new procedures and technology.
Market all NV5 services to clients.
Support SUE and Utility coordination staff as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
SC Professional Licensed Surveyor (PLS)
8+ years of surveying experience with 3+ years of previous management experience
Working knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and MicroStation
Preferred
GA Professional Licensed Surveyor (PLS) is a plus
