Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy.
Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows.
Maintain a high bar for craft driving novel experiences at the edge, and bringing back the results to evolve the underlaying platform experience.
Balance short-term tactical bets while making meaningful progress towards long-term strategic pursuits.
Help to shape our ways of working as a centralized product design function operating in a fast paced environment.

Required
6+ years of industry experience
High attention to detail and mastery of visual & interaction design craft
Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences
Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work
No prior defense experience necessary
Preferred
Facilitation skills to lead discovery workshops with customers and/or cross functional stakeholders
Familiarity leading user research sessions to validate your work
Opinionated about design operations and efforts increase team efficiency
Demonstrated proactiveness in helping to shape team culture and mentorship participation
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
