Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from Subcontractors
Analyze information / data received in order to provide tactful methods of issue resolution
Communicate with Subcontractors to allow for timely, accurate responses
Understand and comply with Owner requirements specific to receipt & submission of information
Take ownership for the review, accuracy, and updating of MEP manifest billing
Gain exposure to Subcontractor cashflows and Owner billing
Be mindful of company / project risk when dealing with issues
Approach internal / external conflict and issues with logic
Maintain a calm, professional attitude

Required
BS in Construction Management or a quantitative related degree
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Possess outstanding communication, time management skills, and computer skills.
