Responsibilities
Plan, design, develop, implement, admin, maintain, and enhance Enterprise applications and tools (Atlassian products (JIRA Software & Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.), JavaScript, Groovy, SQL and JQL.
Developing interfaces / connectors with enterprise systems and services for various integration projects.
Analyze & develop new tools, add-ons to automate the Enterprise tools functionality.
Building and improving Open Source components and frameworks
Experience in using Groovy, Java for scripts, and plugin coding;
Experience in UI coding or troubleshooting with JavaScript;
Experience in building data queries using JQL and SQL;
Experience in using/extending REST API Services.
Define customer requirements and interface business needs with system design.
Proven Ability to deliver high quality code, administration.

Required
BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree in above fields preferred
A minimum of 8 - 12 years of Development and Administration experience
8+ years of experience in Atlassian products (JIRA Software & Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.), JavaScript, Groovy, SQL and JQL
8+ years IT Service, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Asset management modules with the related tools Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow
8+ years of experience in Service Desk and portal design and development
5+ years of experience in Enterprise tools integration and configuration
Experience in Datacenter maintenance
Experience in SLAs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI and Data Policies
Experience in Developing Jira custom reports and dashboards
Developing components (add-ons) or customizations for the Atlassian JIRA & Confluence platforms
Experience in IT Service, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Asset management modules
Experience in Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification, custom fields and add-ons
Must be able to work on their own and initiate efforts to find the problem and implement resolution, as well as work in a team environment for knowledge sharing
This role requires critical thinking, extensive problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to research an issue and determine the root cause
Must have support and implementation experience Enterprise tools, integrations, and implementations
Knowledge of the business process flows in across Enterprise tools
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
Resolution of user support tickets for production issues and system bugs
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for actions and outcomes, and persist despite obstacles
Solid Understanding of software development life cycle
Willing to learn new technologies to perform the task at hand and ability to multi-task
Workflow customizations and development for various schemes
Resolution of user support tickets for production issues and system bugs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Interaction with Atlassian support for troubleshooting functionality issues
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Master’s degree in above fields preferred
