Responsibilities
Assists in managing scope, cost, schedule, and budget, ensures quality consultant deliverables, with the project manager.
Coordinate and attend meetings with local agencies and third parties.
Support the project manager in developing reports, presentations, conducting research, analyses, identifying issues, recommending solutions, identifying, and mitigating project risks.

Required
BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent.
10+ years of experience with transportation projects and disciplines.
Knowledge of various phases and functional responsibility of high-speed rail project development and delivery.
Knowledge of federal and state contracting laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in project management and managing multi-discipline teams to meet project milestones. Good knowledge of project management of tunneling projects.
