Responsibilities
Plans technical projects and helps prioritize those in collaboration with other teams.
Owns the delivery of the team roadmap and milestones.
Manages performance, career growth, recruiting, onboarding and training.
Takes ownership of the team processes.
Reviews technical architecture designs.
Actively advocates for engineering excellence.
Drives collaboration within their team and with other teams. Fosters and builds a positive team culture.
Structure the team's operation models so that the team is engaged and efficient.
Delegates tasks to engineers based on the individual strengths and growth aspirations.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in development on a variety of languages, platforms, frameworks, and technologies
3+ years in a Senior Engineering role
2+ years in an Engineering Manager role
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience developing software with React.js, React Native, Node.js, AWS
BS or MS degree in Computer Science
