Responsibilities

Establish and manage the construction work plan with construction forces to meet customers' schedule, design, financial, and budgetary requirements.

Generate additional company revenue through contacts with new or existing customers.

Design facilities for customers according to construction standards and interpret administrative instructions for cost-effective designs.

Provide distribution design project management for the least complex areas of design.

Obtain permits and easements for facilities in accordance with regulations.

Execute contracts and agreements in compliance with requirements.

Represent the Company with various stakeholders to provide service to customers.

Required

High school Diploma or Associate degree or higher in a technical field preferred

Must have at least 3+ years of experience in similar capacity.

Project management skills

Customer service experience

Ability to learn new computer systems quickly

Ability to interact with internal and contracted construction crews.

Need a basic understanding of engineering and technical concepts

Capable to communicate with a variety of customers

Able to manage a large workload efficiently

Basic understanding of project management concepts.

Preferred

Experience with construction and/or utility work is desired but not required.
