Responsibilities
Develop data integration solutions to seamlessly integrate financial data from various source systems into OneStream, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Configure and customize OneStream applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Lead the design and development of OneStream applications, including dimensionality, consolidation logic, metadata management, business rules, and reports.
Design and implement complex business rules, workflows, and validation processes within OneStream to streamline financial consolidation and reporting activities.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors within the OneStream platform.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for OneStream applications and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Lead and build development of security models.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features within the OneStream platform, driving continuous improvement and innovation in financial consolidation and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Business Analysts, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Experience in writing rules for data load and processing

Required
5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial consolidation solutions using OneStream XF
Proficiency in OneStream development tools, including Application Build Manager, Calculation Manager, and Data Management
Experience with integrating OneStream with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data warehouses, and other enterprise systems
Strong understanding of multidimensional databases, data modeling concepts, and SQL queries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred
OneStream XF certifications (e.g., OneStream Certified Professional) preferred
