Responsibilities
Frequently interact with clients, contractors, and engineers.
Analyze, develop, and evaluate systems.
Design and draft blueprints, visit systems in the field, and manage projects.

Perform Energy Procurement and Analytics tasks.
Conduct Energy Auditing.
Implement Measurement and Verification plans.
Engage in Remote Monitoring activities.
Develop Energy Modeling.
Uphold company philosophy, mission, and core values.
Perform duties with minimal supervision, mentor, and train Energy Analysts.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3+ Years of Experience in a related field
Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain Professional Engineer License within 6 months of employment
Experience with energy savings projects
Experience with life cycle cost analyses
Experience in analyzing utility data
Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications
Performs work under general supervision
Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
Critical thinking skills
Problem solving skills
Mathematic skills
Computer skills
Technical expertise
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment

CEM, CMVP, CEP, CEA, EEP, or BEP certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers or equivalent
