Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day activities on high-rise residential projects
Ensure project deadlines are met
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and logs
Track and report project progress
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOB regulations

Required
Bachelors Degree in Project Management or related field
2+ years of experience in commercial project management
Knowledge of OSHA, DOB, RFI, submittals, and bulletin logs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with high-rise residential projects
