Responsibilities
Hands-on coding primarily in Python
Design and optimize agentic AI systems
Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain
Integrate AI agents with backend services
Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
Research and evaluate new agentic AI models and frameworks
Monitor agent performance and behavior in production
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders
Ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR
4 years of relevant experience, OR
Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
6 years of application development, systems testing, or related IT experience
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI or related fields
Python (strong hands-on experience)
JavaScript / TypeScript
End-to-end Generative AI solution development (concept to production)
