Responsibilities

Support Nalco’s TPM initiative program and improvement process. Develop and implement action plans to solve problems.

Responsible for data analysis of adjustment/resample and FPF to aid in process improvement.

Perform all quality assurance tests and procedures accurately.

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment related to RC-14000.

Work with quality team leader to care for and perform maintenance of instruments and other lab equipment.

Complete special projects as assigned by Quality Manager.

Perform root cause analysis on batch issues.

Submit SCARS, CAPAs, and waiver requests.

Support lab and plant functions during external and internal audits.

Become an internal ISO auditor and perform internal ISO audits.

Utilize inter and intra departmental teamwork in daily work activities and problem-solving.
