Responsibilities
Assist the project manager and superintendents in various project-related tasks.
Prepare monthly owner pay applications and resolve interface conflicts.
Interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, and questions from the architect/engineer.
Manage cost control, labor recap, change orders, and requests for information.
Develop and manage the project schedule, assist with engineering details and special design.
Track project progress, acquire materials and equipment, and run owner/architect/contractor meetings.
Participate in safety meetings, quality control plan, and BIM/VDC specifications interpretation.
Train and mentor office engineers and jobsite administrator.

Required
4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects
Valid Driver’s License
Strong communication skills
Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite
Preferred
Past internships in the construction industry
