Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and processes.
Monitor program progress and performance and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Provide leadership and guidance to program team members, motivating and inspiring them to achieve program goals.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Make informed decisions and solve problems to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules.
Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.
Continuously improve program management processes and practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering)
At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably with programs that supported large DoD network operation and maintenance efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Active DoD Secret clearance at minimum
Ability to travel to customer locations (primarily Ft. Meade and Scott AFB) as required
Preferred
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Previous experience managing DISA program and projects
