Responsibilities
Test and implement models and data infrastructure used to execute strategy
Actively monitor the performance of models in production
Develop complex programming to extract and manipulate data
Develop, monitor, and maintain complex statistical models to optimize high volume decisions
Develop and produce reports to measure the performance of processes, models, and strategies
Perform ad hoc analysis to solve business problems
Translate high-level business goals into technical specifications
Apply analytical skills to solve problems creatively
Communicate complex information to others in a understandable way
Work effectively in a team environment
Be proactive and make recommendations
Be self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision
Extract and manipulate large data sets

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2+ years’ experience using programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, etc. (Mid-level)
3+ years’ experience using programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, etc. (Senior)
Extensive knowledge of statistical modeling methods
Preferred
Advanced SAS programming certification
Recent small company experience
Experience developing credit scorecards or collection scores
3+ years’ experience in financial services analytics, or a combination of higher education and experience
