Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring the technical commercialization of new formulations at manufacturing facilities, managing plant trials, coordinating tech transfer process, and ensuring products meet high standards.

Support validation and implementation of premix process activities, serve as a technical liaison at manufacturing sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Travel frequently to manufacturing partner sites, collect and analyze process and quality data, identify process challenges, and implement best manufacturing practices.

Possess a strong sense of ownership to accomplish Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and manage projects independently or in a team environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required. Dry-powder and packaging experience is preferred.

3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical commercialization of beverage products with:

2+ years’ experience in powder formulation development is preferred.

3+ years’ experience working in high-speed powder blending facility is required.

Strong organizational & teamwork skills, ability to prioritize/multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Frequent (25-50%) domestic & international travel to manufacturing facilities is required.

Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, specification development, and pilot scale to full-scale product commercialization.

Understanding of regulatory compliance of cGMP, GRAS, and HACCP.

Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to define problems, collect & interpret data, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutions.

Excellent written & oral technical communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
