Responsibilities

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Track and report on team milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Conduct detailed analyses of supply chain KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.

Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations.

Manage the team's operating expenses (OPEX) by monitoring budgets and implementing cost-saving measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with strategic initiatives and provide insights for decision-making at the executive level.

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

3+ years' experience in Supply Chain

Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain analytics role, preferably in a multinational company.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience driving initiatives.

Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in the supply chain is a plus.

Thrive working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
