Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Analyze production processes to identify root causes and develop solutions
Develop processes by applying best practices and analyzing data
Collaborate with production managers to improve business measures like Product Yields and Cycle Time
Train and mentor employees in lean manufacturing and quality system concepts
Develop, document, and sustain Standard Work
Work with internal customers to enhance overall processes
Provide technical support to operations/manufacturing

Required

BS/MS in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred
5+ years relevant work experience with storage component and system, server and hard drives industry preferred
5+ years of experience in Equipment/Machine maintenance
Basic knowledge of programmable logic controller (PLC)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Knowledgeable in statistical quality control and design of experiments
Ability to work independently
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Active learner with the ability to bring new insight to improving manufacturing processes

Preferred

Experience with Thick film processing
